How are payments made?
For all reservations, a credit card on file is mandatory, even if payment is settled after the service is provided. Do you offer child seats?
Certainly! We provide child seats and boosters upon request for children aged one year and older, offering various options including front-facing, rear-facing, and boosters at no extra cost. Your child’s safety and comfort are our priorities.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges; otherwise, the full amount will be applied. Late cancellation charges are calculated based on the minimum hourly rate or fixed price for each vehicle type. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and efficient service for all our clients.
Driver screening
Chauffeurs are required to maintain a clean driving record and possess a spotless criminal history. Additionally, it’s important to communicate your expectations regarding chauffeur attire directly to the limo company. By discussing how the driver will be dressed upfront, you ensure that the chauffeur’s presentation aligns with your preferences, contributing to a positive and tailored experience.
Should I tip my chauffeur?
Our drivers genuinely value tips as they play a crucial role in supplementing their income. If you find that your chauffeur has provided excellent service, navigating the realm of tipping can be a bit perplexing, especially for those new to hiring a limo driver. To help guide you, a reasonable rule of thumb is to consider a tip falling between 10% (already included in the rate) and 20% of the total transportation cost. Ultimately, the decision on the tip amount is entirely yours, reflecting your appreciation for the exceptional service provided.
