To modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us via call or text at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid being charged the full agreed-upon amount.

A $50 cleaning fee may apply for transporting animals.

Stops exceeding 20 minutes may incur an additional $100 per hour charge, subject to availability.

A $200 cleaning fee may be applied for visible interior stains, damage, or scratches.

The total cost includes taxes, airport fees, fuel surcharge, and a 10% driver’s gratuity.

According to Colorado law, children up to 8 years old must have a child seat or seat belt.

Vehicles cannot exceed their seating capacity.

The company is not responsible for mechanical breakdowns but will make up lost time at a mutually agreed date.

Clients assume financial liability for any limousine damage caused during the rental, with fines paid by the customer.

The driver may terminate the run without refund in the case of blatant indiscretion.

Standing through a sunroof is illegal, smoking/vaping is prohibited, and overtime charges apply after the first 15 minutes.

The company is not liable for winter delays due to unsafe road conditions or flight issues.

Items left in the limousine are not the company’s responsibility, and balances are due at least one day before the run starts.
